On 12 December 2019 a set of rules for the arbitration of disputes involving business and human rights was presented at the Peace Palace at a launch event organized by the Permanent Court of Arbitration.  Massimo Benedettelli took part in a panel of scholars and practitioners which discussed the potentials of these new Hague Rules. Fabio Santacroce and Caterina Benini report.

Massimo Benedettelli will be speaking about “Investor-State Arbitration when Globalization meets Populism” at the Sixth Congress of CAM-CCBC, the main Brazilian arbitration institution, which will be held in São Paulo on 21-22 October in the context of the São Paulo Arbitration Week.
