Federica graduated summa cum laude in March 2010 from the Law School of the University of Bologna, with a dissertation in Civil Procedure on “The pre-trial discovery in civil litigation in the United States of America”, a comparative study on the gathering of evidence in common law and civil law jurisdictions.
Federica was admitted to practice in 2013 (Bologna Bar).
Shortly after her graduation, Federica began to work as a junior associate in the law firm of Prof. Marco Torsello in Bologna and in 2017 she joined ARBLIT as a senior associate operating in the litigation department.
In the course of her legal practice, Federica has gained extensive experience in litigation before Italian courts, assisting both national and international clients, in particular in tortious and contractual liability claims, bankruptcy proceedings, corporate directors’ and auditors’ liability cases and IP litigation.
Throughout her practice, Federica attended several conferences and post-graduate courses, mainly involving issues of transnational litigation and international commercial contracts.
