This Notice only applies to the personal data collected through the website?www.arblit.com?(hereinafter, the “Website”). The Notice shall not apply to data collected through websites belonging to third parties, even if such websites can be accessed by means of a link referred to in this Website.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING ?The data collected will be used to:

SECURITY MEASURES?Specific and appropriate security technical or organisational measures are implemented pursuant to Article 32 of the GDPR in order to minimize the risk of destruction, loss, unlawful or incorrect use, unauthorized disclosure of data, or of an processing which is unauthorized or undertaken for a purpose other than that for which the personal data have been collected. 
 
COMUNICATION AND DISCOLSURE OF PERSONAL DATA?The personal data provided by the data subject shall be exclusively communicated to qualified third parties, appointed as processors or controllers, only if necessary for the performance of the service or if expressly laid down by law, ensuring the protection of the data subject’s rights and the compliance with the GDPR and the Privacy Code, or to subjects who must be recipients of the data under the law or the GDPR. In particular, the data subject’s personal data may be communicated to: 
– subjects, bodies or Authorities who must be recipients of the data pursuant to the law or the GDPR; 
– subjects, companies or law firms which provide legal assistance or advice to the controller for accounting, administrative, tax and fiscal reasons.

TRASFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES?The personal data of the data subject shall not be transferred to third countries, and the controller does not intend to transfer them. 
?However, the use from the data subject of social plug in and of Google Analytics will entail the disclosure of some data collected by Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube. For the transfer of such data the consent of the data subject is not necessary pursuant to Italian and European Authorities’ decisions (Decision n. 1250/2016 – Privacy Shield). 
 
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT?The data subjects have at any time the right to: 
• Withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data; 
• Obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them and knowledge of their content and the source the data originate from, the verification of the accurateness of the data and the right to ask the integration or update, the rectification or the cancellation of their data; 
• Obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them, and disclosure of the data in an intelligible manner. 
The data subject has the right to obtain the following information: 
1. The source the data originate from; 
2. The purposes and the means of processing; 
3. The logic involved in the automatic processing; 
4. Identity of the controller, processors and the appointed representative; 
5. Subjects or categories of subjects to which the data may be communicated or that can be recipients of the data for being the appointed representative, the processors or the controllers; 
6. The update, rectification or, if needed, the introduction of additional information; 
7. The cancellation, the anonymization, the stopping of unlawfully processing of data, including cases when the storage is not anymore necessary for the purposes for which the data has been collected and further processed; 
8. The confirmation that, the existence and content of the operations under a) and b) above have been communicated to all those that have been the recipients of the data, except when the provision of information is impossible or would involve a disproportionate effort; 
9. When processing is based on the data subject’s consent, the confirmation of the provided data, in a structured and machine-readable manner, and in a format commonly used by the electronic devises. 
The data subject has the right to object in whole or in part to: 
1. The processing of personal data concerning him, although processed for the adequate purposes, on legitimate grounds; 
2. The processing of personal data concerning him for the marketing purposes, such as advertising or direct sale or for the undertaking of market researches or commercial communications.
