Enrico first joined ArbLit in 2021 as a trainee and, after a period of study, returned as an associate since February 2024.
He mainly works for the court litigation practice of the firm and has been involved in complex civil proceedings with international elements, particularly concerning the challenge and the enforcement of arbitration awards.
From November 2020 to May 2022, he also completed his legal traineeship at the Court of Appeals of Milan, assisting a judge of the Court dealing with matters relating to law of torts, contractual liability, property law and inheritance law.
In October 2020, Enrico graduated summa cum laude in law from the University of Pavia, with a EU law dissertation on the principle of effective judicial protection before national courts.
During his academic journey, he studied for a semester at the KU Leuven (Belgium), working in the EUthority research group, he served as Intern Adviser at the Permanent Mission of Italy to the United Nations in New York (US), assisting the legal experts of the diplomatic office, and also served as tutor of Roman law at the University of Pavia for three years (2018-2020).
