Chiara graduated summa cum laude from the Law School of the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2022 with the dissertation “The res giudicata in the European legal order”, which explored the different issues and peculiarities of res giudicata in a comparative approach.
In 2021/2022 she participated in the Twenty-Ninth Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where she pleaded on the procedural aspects of the dispute.
Furthermore, in June 2022, she was awarded as “Best Oralist” in the Messina University Moot Competition, besides being honoured as member of the “Best Legal Writing Team”.
