Marco Torsello joins ARBLIT as of counsel, concentrating principally on domestic and international litigation. Marco is a Professor of Law and a leading expert of international business transactions and commercial litigation, as evidenced by a long list of publications and visiting professorships abroad.
Thanks to his established and successful litigation experience, he will further strengthen the firm’s standing and reputation in international dispute resolution.
On July 9 and 10, 2014 Luca Radicati di Brozolo gave a course on “Remedies against State Interferences with Arbitration” at the International Academy of Arbitration Law in Paris.
On May 15, 2015 Luca Radicati di Brozolo gave a talk on “Remedies Against State Interference with International Arbitration” at a seminar hosted by Fountain Court Chambers at Gocers’ Hall in London.
On April 7, 2014 Luca Radicati di Brozolo joined Fountain Court Chambers in London as a door tenant. This association will provide Luca with a London base for his international practice and the opportunity to work with one of the top set of commercial barristers’ chambers to expand its international arbitration footprint.
