Giulia is an associate at ArbLit specialized in international arbitration and litigation. Giulia has experience in commercial litigation, both domestic and multi-jurisdictional, as well as in commercial and investment arbitration conducted under the rules of the major arbitral institutions in various sectors, including energy, pharma and construction. She has also dealt with various aspects of European Union law in preliminary rulings proceedings before the Court of Justice of the EU, and has worked on applications to the European Court of Human Rights. 

Giulia graduated summa cum laude from the University of Milan in 2017, with a dissertation titled “Stabilization clauses in BITs: a difficult balance between legal certainty e sustainable development”. In 2016 Giulia participated to the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and from 2017 to 2019 she coached the teams of the University of Milan participating in the competition. 

In 2023 Giulia earned a master’s degree in law (LL.M.) from New York University, where she also received the Dean’s Graduate Award. During her time in New York Giulia conducted research on international investment arbitration with Professor D. Brian King and served as an arbitrator at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Pre-Moot organized by Fordham University.
