Daniella graduated with summa cum laude from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in February 2023, with a dissertation in private international law entitled “The development of private international law in Latin America: the preconditions for legal cooperation with the European Union”. Thanks to this work, she took her first steps into the Latin American legal world.
During her studies, she spent an Erasmus year in Paris.
In 2022, together with her team, they won the “best written memorial” award in the “Pax Moot”, a private international law competition; in 2023, she participated in this competition as coach of the Catholic University team.
From a professional point of view, Daniella started her legal practice at DLA Piper, where she did an internship first in the corporate department and then in the litigation and arbitration department. Also at DLA, she was the coach of the Milan State University team for the Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot.
Since June 2023 Daniella has joined the Arblit team, where she mainly deals with international arbitration and works with the Latam desk.
