In January 2024, Beatrice earned an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London as part of a double-degree program in collaboration with Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna. Her English thesis examined the role of Fork-in-the-Road clauses in bilateral investment treaties.

In December 2023, she graduated summa cum laude in Law, presenting an English-language thesis on the role of lis pendens in international investment arbitration and possible solutions to the problem of parallel proceedings.

In 2021, she was part of the Alma Mater Studiorum university team for the “Giuseppe Sperduti” international law competition, while in 2023 she represented King’s College London at the Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court in international investment law.

During her academic career, she interned at the Italian Embassy in London (2023) and participated in a summer school at the University of Utrecht (2021).
