Andrea is currently at the last year of the Law Degree at the Catholic University of Milan, where he is about to graduate with the dissertation “Self-Preferencing by Digital Platforms and EU Competition Law: An Analysis of the Legal Framework Under Art. 102 TFEU and of the Digital Markets Act”, which explores the challenges that EU competition law is facing with regards to digital platforms and the introduction of a new regulatory regime for digital gatekeepers. During his academic path, he attended the Summer School in International Commercial Law at King’s College London, and in 2019 he spent a semester at the same university.

In 2020 he attended the Practical Legal Experience in International Law (Legal Clinics) at Catholic University of Milan. In the same year, he interned at ArbLit for a period of three months.

In 2020-21 he participated in the Twenty-Eighth Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where he pleaded on the procedural part of the dispute. He is now Junior Coach of the Catholic University of Milan team.
