Nicolò graduated summa cum laude from the School of Law of Bocconi University (Milan) in 2019 with a dissertation on comparative civil procedure and corporate law entitled “Shareholder Litigation – A Comparative research on US derivative lawsuits and shareholders class actions”. The thesis investigates the nature of representative procedural devices in the hands of shareholders in different jurisdictions when they try to fight corporate misconduct. During his academic path, he has also spent a semester at the George Washington University, in Washington DC, where he took various traditional core-courses of the common law systems.
In 2018-2019 he participated in the Twenty-Sixth Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where he acted as oralist on the procedural issues. He is currently one of the coaches of the Bocconi University team.
Besides the academic activities, he wrote for sport and student magazines, including being the chief of “Tra i Leoni”, the official student magazine of Bocconi University.
In 2019, before his graduation, Nicolò interned at the litigation and arbitration department of CastaldiPartners, in its Paris office
