Nicolò joined ArbLit in January 2020. Since then, he has been involved in several high-stake commercial and investment arbitrations under different arbitration rules (ICC, CAM, LCIA, ICSID, PCA), in particular in connection with post-m&a disputes, corporate disputes, supply contracts and construction projects mainly in the energy, oil&gas, public security and pharmaceutical industries. He is also part of the litigation team, where he deals with commercial, corporate and European law matters.

Nicolò graduated summa cum laude from the School of Law of Bocconi University (Milan) in 2019 with a dissertation titled “Shareholder Litigation – A Comparative research on US derivative lawsuits and shareholders class actions”. During his academic path, he spent a semester at the George Washington University, in Washington DC, and he participated in the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, acting as oralist on the procedural issues. He is currently one of the coaches of the Bocconi University team.

Before his graduation, Nicolò interned at the arbitration and litigation department of CastaldiPartners, in its Paris office.
