Andrea is about to obtain a Master’s Degree in Law from Bocconi University (Milan). He is currently writing his final dissertation in English, focusing on the compatibility of European provisions for the fight against climate change with international trade law. His supervisor is Professor Emeritus of International Law and former member of the WTO Appeal Body, Giorgio Sacerdoti. In 2015 he obtained a scholarship to spend a 1-year long cultural exchange in Argentina. In 2020 he participated in the Bocconi University Legal Clinic in the San Siro district, offering free legal patronage to the citizens of Milan. In 2021 he got an internship at the antitrust department of Gattai, Minoli & Partners, in its Milan office. In addition, in the same year he studied for a semester at the Faculty of Law of the University of Maastricht where he deepened issues related to commercial arbitration and the resolution of international disputes. In 2021-2022 he took part in the 63rd edition of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, representing Bocconi University for the first time and winning, together with his team, the best memorial award. He is a member of the editorial staff of Bocconi Legal Papers, the official journal of the University’s School of Law focused on economics law.
