Emanuela is about to graduate from the Law School of the University of Milan with the dissertation “Is there a role for human rights in International Investment Law and Arbitration?”.

In 2017 she attended the second International Symposium on Gender, Law and Constitutions organized by UN Women in Washington, DC for the launch of the Global Gender Equality Constitutional Database. In this occasion Emanuela presented the research paper “Polygamous Marriage under Italian Law”.

In 2018 she attended the 10th edition of the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot.

In 2019 Emanuela studied for 5 months at Kobe University, in Japan and she attended the Summer School of Asian Law and Dispute Management.
