Cristina’s practice focuses primarily on commercial arbitration and her areas of expertise include construction, energy and steel industry. Cristina is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iasi, Romania and holds an LL.M. in Business Law from the Bucharest University. In 2019 she attended the Private International Law courses at The Hague Academy of International Law.
Prior to joining ArbLit, Cristina worked as Associate Lawyer with Eversheds Bucharest, where she gained extensive experience in dispute resolution mechanisms, assisting multinational clients in both domestic and cross-border litigation, arbitration, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings. She regularly attends international arbitration conferences and is a member of a number of professional associations, including Young ICCA, ASA Below 40 and AIJA.
Cristina speaks Romanian, English, French and Italian.
