Caterina graduated summa cum laude from the Law School of the University of Milan in 2019 with the European Law dissertation: “Leniency Program and Right of Defence in EU Antitrust Proceedings”, which verified the compliance of the current EU leniency program with the undertakings’ rights of defence in the proceedings before the EU Commission.

In 2016-17 she participated in the Twenty-Fourth Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where she pleaded on the jurisdictional issues of the dispute. Building on her experience, she is now co-coaching the University of Milan team.

In 2014-15 she was selected as member of the team and oralist representing the University of Milan at the first edition of the Comparative Public Law Moot Court Competition “Law and Religion”, which took place at the Fondazione Marcianum in Venice.

In 2018 Caterina interned at the Labour Law Department of BonelliErede in Milan.

Upon her graduation, she was a trainee in the International Arbitration Group of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, where she gained special expertise in international investment arbitration.
